What is a central cleaning system?

In general, a central vacuum has super power, about 2-5 times that of a portable. They are almost inaudible in the living area. They are long lived, a BEAM central vacuum has a life time limited warranty. Light weight, as only the hose is pulled around. The price is competitive with many and less than some portables that don't have the features of a central vacuum cleaner.

A heavy duty, central vacuum generator is located away from the living area as in the garage, basement or utility room. Large diameter smooth walled tubing, for low loss of air flow, is run to several handy wall or occasionally floor inlets strategically placed throughout the home. The power unit will automatically turn on when the hose end is inserted into the inlet valve, or by a convenient on off switch located on the hose handle on many of our models .A light weight 30' hose (25' & 35' are also available) allows easy vacuuming of the entire floor area.

With the vacuum motor located remotely, size is not the problem it is in a portable vacuum. A large, powerful motor designed for long life is now possible. Noise, can be minimized with mufflers and sound-proofing. A portable would be too large to carry or pull around if it had the same heavy duty features and specifications.

Our remote dust collection system is superior to any other. All dirt is removed from the living area. Allergy sufferers in particular will appreciate that. In addition our two layer filter removes 98.9% of dust down to 2 microns and the filter is self cleaning, all debris is deposited into a 4,7 or E gallon container for easy removal.
